Couples Massage Lessons - $250

There are many very effective and safe massage techniques that can be used by couples to support each others wellness.  In this 2 hour + session, we’ll dive into each partners “trouble areas”, you’ll get some quick anatomy education, and then each partner will take turns getting on the massage table while their partner learns how to bring relief to those areas they need help with. 

Corrective Bodywork - $120

This is for those seeking help with improving posture, form, and chronic pain. Combines massage and corrective exercise. The session begins with a movement assessment and some intake questions, followed by targeted myofascial release of shortened/overactive muscles, and we’ll finish up with corrective exercise recommendations and instruction. 

Mobile Massage
